What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and eTransfers. Payment must be made prior to order processing.
Note: For eTransfer payments, send payment to etransfer@gardentap.ca
Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Please note order number in memo area of transfer.

How can I check my order status?

You can log into your account using your email or phone number used upon purchase to review your order status.
Notifications will be sent when your order is delivered.
How do I cancel my order?

We hope you will never have the need to although we understand that there are circumstances that require a cancellation or an edit to an order. If you wish to adjust or change your order status after it is placed, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you through the process.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available in our local communities.

Can I combine an order with my neighbour?

Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. The only criteria we ask is that you find one drop location.
Do I need to be home for delivery?

If you or someone at your address is not available to meet our delivery team upon arrival, we will drop-ship the order on your driveway or front-step. When you check out each order you can add custom notes for delivery instructions if you have a preferred area at your home to leave your order. We suggest choosing a shady spot if you intend to be gone for an extended period of time.
You will receive a confirmation email so you are notified when the delivery is completed.

How long will it take to ship to me?

Delivery time is 2-3 business days within our primary and secondary delivery areas. Custom timeframe can be arranged outside these delivery areas.

Drop-ship will occur if customers are not available at the delivery premise.
How soon after do I need to plant when my order arrives?

Sometimes plans change and what you thought you'd get done on the weekend didn't happen, we get it!
Don't stress, just find a cool, shady area where you can keep your plants protected and watered until you're ready to install.
Note: If you have ordered bareroot you should install these within 2-3 days upon receiving them as the roots are exposed and dry out quickly. Our bareroot trees roots will come bagged so you have a bit of time.
What is your warranty and refund policy?

At GardenTap we strive to keep our prices competitive and in doing so we do offer a limited warranty of 14 days for all plants and products.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We apologize if any items are damaged on delivery. We do our best to handle each plant with care however we understand that sometimes mistakes are made in delivery.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us right away so we can help fix this problem.

Where does GardenTAP get their plants?

GardenTAP purchases from local growers where most plants, shrubs and trees are grown in our very own communities.
We process directly from the grower to you, providing the best quality product in a quick and cost efficient manner.

Can I buy your plants at your store?

GardenTap is currently online only and does not operate a physical location. We hope in the future to purchase a space for community and partners to learn and enjoy all the beauty gardens have to offer.
Will the plants I order look like the picture?

The pictures used in GardenTap are for reference and marketing purposes and may not reflect the current sizes or timeframe that are available for purchase.
For example, many of our pictures are taken while in flower or in seasons that show various aesthetic attributes like fall colour or berries. Even though they may not look like the picture today, GardenTap ensures all plants are healthy with developed root systems and with the proper care will grow into your own "photo worthy" gardens.
We encourage you to send us pictures of your plants once they are established and we'll add them to our library for everyone to enjoy and learn more about the beauty of each plant. Email us at info@gardentap.ca
What if I don't see a plant on your website i'm looking for?

GardenTap offer a very diverse selection of plants but we admit we don't carry them all. We know lots of growers so try us. We may be able to source your plant or at least offer a suitable option that would work.
